Morgan is beyond fantastic!! This is an excellent company that really focuses on customer service. He diagnosed my washer issue, told me all of my options, pros, cons, cost, etc. He also fixed my oven light in less than 3 minutes that Campbell's appliance couldn't seem to do. Morgan has ensured I'll only be contacting Universal for any and all appliance issues. Highly recommend this company and if you can, ask for Morgan!

The peace of mind knowing that I never have to worry about my appliances ever again was a great start, but then they sent Morgan to our home to look into our malfunctioning dishwasher. Morgan did exactly what any amazing technician should do, he made sure to call before his arrival to ensure he was welcome, he was right on time and ready to work. Telephone contact with a human instead of an AI was appreciated. Service technician was friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. He quickly identified the problem as a bad tray flip motor. Ordered my new part from the manufacturer and got it delivered in 4 days over the President’s Day holiday when many deliveries were shut down. Receptionist contacted me for an appointment for installation of part and it was installed the same day in the afternoon. Service technician showed me the new part and compared it to the old part for any technology changes or upgrades. Installed the part and gave me a briefing on expected delays in operation and ice cube production based on thermostat and time delay production of 6 to 24 hours depending on the system program.
