Here is something you rarely hear: "I totally trust my appliance repair man." Well... *I* said it. Mike Zaretsky is honest, trusworthy and dependable. He is also responsive and generous with his time. Last time he could have made a lot of money off of a service call, he troubleshot the problem with me over the phone... for free. I recommend Universal appliance service wholeheartedly.

Thank you Mike for all your help! Our washer broke the day my family was supposed to come into town and I desperately needed to wash bedding, etc before they came. My husband and I called Universal Appliance and Mike, understanding the urgency, rushed to our house within a few hours to fix the machine. He fixed it quickly, was extremely personable, and the price was extremely fair. Will definitely be using them moving forward!

Alex was very professional, examined the dishwasher and diagnosed what part was needed. He had the part in his vehicle so I was very lucky the repair was made the same day. He was very courteous and I am happy to meet him in case any other appliances need repair!
