Universal Aquatics

Universal Aquatics has been maintaining my pond for many years now. Once again, today they did a fantastic job.

I've been a customer of John and Universal Aquatics for almost 10 years! Every year, I have John do a maintenance of our pond and waterfall system. Trustworthy, reliable, creative, timely, competitively priced. And a nice and fun guy to work with.

I love my pond. It was built by a friend and because of the layout, it gets more than the average amount of debris. I also made the poor decision to get pet geese who swim in my relatively small koi pond. Despite the challenges, John comes twice per year and keeps it in great shape. Always comes when scheduled and does a wonderful job maintaining it. Would give more than five stars if I could.

Universal Aquatics redesigned our koi pond and we are extremely happy with the results. John was very open and honest about what he was doing the entire time and was very happy to take time out and explain everything (sometimes more than once). He also made modifications to the plan in real-time, based on what he encountered during the build, without making any changes (increases) to the contract. The entire process was very easy and stress-free, and the workmanship was excellent.

I have been using this service for over ten years. John Magyar is efficient, effective and honest. He has performed repairs, redesign and maintenance work on our backyard stream/pond. He has always performed all of this work properly and promptly.
