Jamie did a superb job cleaning my carpet today. Knocked on the door and introduced himself, quickly and professionally explained to me all of the process of cleaning and drying. Also allowed me to give him a walkthrough of my apartment so I can make sure that all areas gets cleaned. Also, assisted me moved my living room furniture. Quick, clean and easy process. If anyone looking to get their carpet cleaned. You won’t go wrong with Jamie. He gets straight to work. I strongly recommend using Universal Carpet Cleaner. This company trains their employees the excellent way it should be done!!! Thank y’all so so much for cleaning my carpet, it looks brand new and also want to include that I have a lot of furniture and he made sure he cleaning every corner and underneath beds as well PERFECT JO

They did a great job. It smells great and the carpet looks like its brand new & fresh. This company was on time and very PROFESSIONAL and the young gentleman was very polite and went straight to work. I am very impressed. Even while in the military; the cleaning crew didn't do this type of cleaning. They did an EXCELLENT JOB 👏 👍..
BEAUTIFULLLL SERVICE!!!! And truly really fast?!!! And great customer support 10/10!!!!! Truly and I’d like to thank jamie and sal for their work once again! I had dog predations sadly due to my dog not being carpet trained and they got it up soooo beautifully it looks like a brand new carpet!
Just had to post this review…. Universal Carpet Cleaning are the BEST! Ms. Jackie was so lovely and personable and on the phone. She got me scheduled fast and did a confirmation call the day before. The technicians Jamie and Tony were amazing ( so ask for them if they are available 🥰🤗👍🏾)!!! They addressed every concern and even adjusted the deodorize scent for my allergies .
