Universal Cleaning, Restoration & Construction

I unfortunately had a poor experience with Universal Cleaning & Restoration. If you need a house full of debris caused by a fire or flooding cleared, they might be the company to choose, but if you need a pre-move in, "deep clean" of an empty house , definitely go with another company. I just wish they had told me, before the fact, that they "are not Merry Maids." (which is what I was told after I called to say I was highly disappointed with the job that was done). The owner & the crew member did come back the next day to clean what was "missed", but the apartment was still filthy. How hard is is to clean a 2 bedroom, EMPTY apartment, especially at the cost of almost $400.00??? I used another cleaning company a week later, at half the cost & with excellent results. Customer service is poor. It takes several days to get a response from them, that is if they even respond. I wanted to support a local company but unfortunately, I had to take my business elsewhere in order to get the job done.
