Universal Countertop did an excellent job installing our kitchen countertops. I worked with Rafael and he was very patient, informative, and transparent about every step. Highly recommend them for their professionalism and customer service.

Right from the beginning, Universal was GREAT! When you call, you get a REAL person who answers your questions! NO ROBOT ..NO PRESS 3 AND LISTEN TO RIDICULOUS MUSIC! Shout out to Vanessa! They were so amenable working with us to get the counters installed a few days earlier than expected! Measurements were done quickly & efficiently by Felipe . Emerson led the install and they were clean, fast and professional. The counters are GORGEOUS!

I had my quartz countertop done by Universal Countertop and they were excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, helpful, and made the entire process easy. The installation was done perfectly and on time, and my kitchen looks absolutely beautiful now. The installion team was fantastic. They covered our floors and got right to work. Within an hour or so they were complete. The countertops look great and we would definitley use them again. The customer service was great also as Vanessa communcated and kept us in the loop on every step.

They did an amazing job on both my kitchen and bathroom! Tiago and Dalisson were my installers, and they completed everything perfectly without causing any damage to the walls or cabinets. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made the whole process stress-free. I’m extremely happy with how my project turned out and will definitely choose them again in the future. Everyone in the office was also very kind, helpful, and professional.
