He helped us layout our drawings and gave is a good time frame to order in order to get the best price. He gave us some suggestions on the parts we weren’t sure about and he was helpful with reaching out to the manufacturer when we needed something extra that we overlooked. I couldn't be more excited for my new kitchen. Although it can be a daunting process Joe managed to make it very simple. All we needed to do was complete his form. Regarding measurements, and he came up with the perfect design. We went in person to pick out our cabinets, and he had so many beautiful options. They were delivered very quickly, and he held on to them until we were ready. We couldn't be happier! Thank you Joe, and your team. We will be back to get our hot tub.

No one expects to suddenly need a full kitchen in an instant but that is what ultimately ended up happening to me. After a stressful move I discovered I was going to need to gut the kitchen in my new home, the whole thing, asap. Fortunately UFD has a lot of cabinets available with a short turn around time. With this in mind Ryan was able to show me my options and I did indeed have them on the date promised. I had an idea of putting them to the ceiling with an extra shorter row on top of the main cabinets and Ryan was able to make that happen. My cabinets showed up in perfect condition, ready for my contractor to install them. We did discover we would need to order a few extra pieces and those did take longer, but these things happen in projects like this. They still came in! These cabinet

We love our new cabinets from Universal Factory Direct! Delivered on time and in great condition, with only a mild shipping hiccup on some of the kick plates, and a slight dent in one of the cabinet doors. Both issues were rectified quickly and at no cost to us!
