Universal Flooring & Carpets

I can't say enough about my experience with Universal Flooring and Carpets. First I'll start with the selection. I went there specifically for Mirage Hardwood flooring because they were one of only a couple of authorized dealers in the area. But from the looks of the show room I'm sure everyone would find what they were looking for. So much to choose from! The owner, Nor Bimbatti was a funny old school independent business owner who was extremely responsive and helpful with my installation concerns. I had a curved transition that needed to abutt tile and didn't want a transition strip like a couple of other installers suggested. He was confident his team could handle it and that they did. About the guys... There were 4 and they were EXCELLENT! Got the job done quickly and efficien

I have had Universal Flooring install multiple jobs for me (just about every type of flooring possible) in several of my homes over the past ten plus years, even when they were up by the Coliseum Restaurant in North Salem...I can't say enough great things about Nor and his staff...Luba and Nor are always helpful, professional and priced great in the market...BTW his installer Steve was amazing - Just finished a laminate wood product in the basement and it is SUPER...Thank you Universal Flooring for all the years of amazing service, professional support and always amazing installations...Can't wait until my next project...

Just had five rooms of prefinished hardwood oak floors installed from Universal Flooring and the flooring and installation were perfect thanks to Nor and his installers. My wife and I highly recommend Universal Flooring because of pricing and quality workmanship. Bill Mc

I am very happy with the work that Nor's crew did. Nor told me it would be a one day job and his crew arrived when they said they would and didn't leave until the job was complete. Nor was very accurate with how much material to order. He gave me good guidance, was very easy to work with, he communicated well and his crew represented the company well. They worked hard, worked clean and did an excellent job. I like it when people keep to their word and do what they say they will do. Thank you!

Previously, I had Universal Flooring & Carpets install hardwood flooring in my master bedroom. More recently, they installed hardwood flooring throughout my home. On both occasions, they did an excellent job. I couldn't be more pleased. Nor and his staff were a pleasure to deal with, they were very courteous and professional. Observing the installers doing the job, it was obvious they were very experienced and hard working. I highly recommend Universal Flooring & Carpets for all your flooring and carpet needs. 5 STARS!!!!!
