I don't normally write reviews unless the service was absolutely exceptional, Universal Insulation is one of those examples. Nick, the estimator, came out to my house because my attic was getting unbearably hot. He spent a full hour carefully inspecting both the attic and the outdoor soffits, and managed to diagnose a problem that had completely eluded more than a dozen contractors I’d had out over the years (HVAC, roofing, attic specialists—you name it). After crawling deep into attic nooks & crannies, Nick identified that my soffit intakes were blocked by wood at the eaves, which explained the ventilation issue. I had such a great experience with Universal Insulation this week. Not only were they the ONLY ones to respond to my request for a quote, but Marko got back to me the same day and had his guys out here 3 days later. Erick and Miguel showed up on time and were super nice. They did the work and cleaned up perfectly afterward. Excellent service all around. Highly recommend!

Universal Insulation did a fantastic job! They were able to add insulation to a vaulted ceiling with no attic above. For the very first time, my room was cool during a hot summer day. They are honest, reliable, professional, and fully stand behind their work.

They don't try to sell unnecessary things. It was quite the opposite where Marko recommended not to replace attic insulation. He instead suggested adding exterior wall insulation. I postponed that project for a bit and after getting that done i already see a huge difference this winter. Marko is also knowledgeable and answers all the questions... Erick was the one who did the job (along with 1 other person). He was also good in not rushing to complete early. We had some wall paneling that needed extra support for blowing in the insulation. He handled it well. They laid sheets on the floor to reduce dust, and cleaned up the work area properly in the end. Will definitely recommend checking them out if you have insulation work.
