Ongoing bad experience......They were a day late for the install and then installed the LVP incorrectly leaving large gaps between the planks. We had to call several times before they would acknowledge a mistake; then we had to wait months for an inspector from their flooring manufacturer. The manufacturer’s flooring inspector confirmed the install was improper yet we are still waiting over five months for a resolution. They also told me they do not have insurance. Stay away!!!!!! Update. 1/11/22 The floors are still separating and the company is not responding. Looks like you need to file a lawsuit to get this company to live up to their estimate. No insurance either. Not sure how they are allowed to have a contractor license.

I only talk 2 them on the phone they don't do what I need, but that should have been the end, no they told me about things I could do ,I am very impressed with that . Use them if you can
