I tried two times with drain openers from Home Depot, and nothing worked. I called your company and on Feb 17, you sent your technician Faustino Arteaga. He came and opened the drain, and it was not easy; but he took the time and mastered the science to resolve the problem. His work and his diligence make a great statement about your company’s quality & professionalism. Also, the price was exceptionally reasonable. Very courteous, they gave me a same day appointment for an estimate. The technician Brandon explained what the problem may be and gave me a couple of options with estimates. He didn't pressure for a decision or give me ultimatums. So professional!
