We had a fantastic experience with Universal Windows Direct from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, professional, and well-organized. A huge shoutout to Larry, who walked us through everything during the sales process. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He answered all of our questions clearly and helped us feel confident in our decision. Installation day was just as impressive thanks to Jordan and Cole. They were punctual, respectful of our home, and incredibly hardworking. The quality of their work really shows — everything looks great, and they made sure the space was clean before they left. Overall, we’re extremely happy with our new windows and would absolutely recommend Universal Windows Direct to anyone looking to upgrade their home!

We highley recommend Universal. Their guys were on time, respectful of the property and very knowledgeable about the product. The guys cleaned as they went and left the house as clean as it was when the arrived. I will be using them in the future for the other 3 windows we need replaced.

My experience with Universal Windows was top notch. I had ten windows replaced and it took only a day and a half. Jordan and Cole did an amazing job. Very polite and professional. Cleaned up so that you would never know they were here, except for the beautiful windows they left behind. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Installers arrived on time the day after the worst snowstorm of the year. They were careful to lay tarps out to avoid staining the carpet & their attention to detail was phenomenal. They even went beyond our expectations and touched up the paint around the window frames. We will be replacing more windows with them next year.

We had 3 porch windows installed today. Tyler was are installer and did a fantastic job! We are so pleased. We had a great experience from the start with Larry our salesman to Dave who came to measure. The windows are beautiful and the price was great! Thank you for the wonderful service.
