Galen and co-worker very professional and knowledgeable. Had a quick response to an emergency situation related to my a/c / furnace and water heater on a late night Sunday. Service charge for this issue was very reasonible. He did the ROUTINE a/c check in addition to the emergency service which saved me another service visit fee. I highly recommend his business. .

Called them mid morning about an issue with our heat pump in AC mode and they were able to schedule a technician to come out the same day. I told them what was happening they gave me a time frame of 2:00 to 3:00 PM the same afternoon. They showed up before 3:00 PM and checked the unit out, hosed down the outdoor unit, and checked compressor coolant pressure.

I could not have had a better experience with our AC service call. Galen was professional, punctual, capable, knowledgeable, and extremely reasonable with the service charge. Don’t tell Galen, but, I had expected to pay more. He got our heat up and running in a very short time and couldn’t have been nicer. He is definitely my new AC guy! I will highly recommend his services to my neighbors and anyone needing AC service!

My A/C went out and Galen got to our scheduled appointment 30 minutes early! Got the work done quickly and promptly! Life is back to normal! Can’t rave enough about this company! Nice people and veteran owned. Money well spent!
