Shawn and the University Student Movers team provided an excellent moving experience. They arrived promptly, helped with taping boxes and wrapping furniture and artwork, and worked incredibly quickly while remaining friendly and attentive. Moving into a Cambridge elevator building with a small elevator could have been a headache, but their teamwork made it feel effortless. Their pricing was transparent and better than other local movers with no hidden fees. Highly recommended for anyone relocating around MIT, Harvard, or Boston University!

Great organization, great service. This is the fourth time we use this organization for our moves. The team was stellar! These guys know what they're doing. Very honest and get the job done when promised or even sooner. Polite and careful with your stuff. Pricing is very competitive if not the best.

I had just finished my final exam at MIT and realized I had 36 hours to move out. I called University Student Movers in a panic. Not only did they make it work—they packed, loaded, and moved me across the river like it was nothing. I owe them more than just a tip.

Cheap and responsive comms, but it was actually outsourced to complaining local movers. I originally thought I was supporting enterprising students, but actually it seems to be a platform where they list your job on a local site like Craigslist and take a finders fee. Consequently we got 2 local guys who arrived late, were given the wrong address and then wouldn’t leave until they were paid directly- it was bordering on harassment. They said I should pay for their time whilst they travelled to the correct address and that they’d been promised a longer job with more money.
