only one word to say about their services - HORRIBLE - as a loyal customer i have to say their service is bad and their customer service is bad as well. Look at my lawn after so many years being treated by them ( i cant count how many years but for sure it not 2-3 years), look "PERFECT" right? i can cry when i lay myself on this kind of lawn, and one more time BEING TREATED BY UNLIMITED LAWN CARE. And from their review i can tell that they BOUGHT review from the internet company service to clear all bad review and only kept the good ones. please stay away from this company and use another services.

Jozie significantly enhanced my experience today. My call to Unlimited Lawn Care was to arrange for insect control services. Jozie efficiently provided the necessary product information and processed the payment, streamlining the entire transaction. While this may seem straightforward, obtaining accurate information and seamless service is not always guaranteed. I commend Jozie for her exceptional customer service.

22 February 2026: Technician: Steven G. Crumley applied liquid pre- and post-emergence weed control to help minimize spring & summer weeds from producing seedling & reduce existing weeds. He did an excellent and magnificent job 21 January 2026: Technician: Steven G. Crumley performed the liquid application of potash to help with building roots, liquid weed control to minimize existing pre-emergent weed control to help prevent weeds. He did an excellent and magnificent job. 20 June 2025: Technician: Steven G. Crumley performed the Core Aeration-S1 aeration to our warm-season turf to help improve thickness over time. He did an excellent and magnificent job. 11 June 2025: Technician Jason W. Worcester applied warm-season turf, a granular fertilizer with post-emergence weed control as needed.

We contacted Unlimited Lawn Care twice while comparing service plans. Both calls were handled by the same agent, Philip. During the first call, we were gathering pricing information and chose not to proceed with payment at that time. After confirming the plan was reasonable, we called back to move forward with service. During the second call, we were questioned about why we were calling again and referencing our earlier decision not to pay, which made the interaction uncomfortable. We also noticed a promotion on the company’s website offering free treatments when paying for a year in advance. When asked, we were told this promotion was not available. Even after pointing out that it was listed online, we were told manager approval would be required. We proceeded with payment and were inform

Company is a scam. On top of my yard never ever fully being free of weeds despite me watering after service and Doing what’s told, I called and canceled. They came back out again and then charged me for it. When I refused to pay they threw me in collections. Never got any feedback after services other than the same copy and paste message from the tech every single time. Not a knock on the door. Didn’t spray the whole yard….ever….despite me showing him stakes that show property lines. The communication from this company is trash. The service is trash. Either do your own lawn care or go with another company. Don’t give them your card info.
