Up Town Cleaners II

A pair of black silk pants were ruined here. They were given back to me with an orange/ copper tint as if the color was burned. I attached a pic to show how bad it is in comparison to what the color used to be. Furthermore, incorrect handling of delicate materials like using safety pins in silk that leave permanent holes. When asked to not use the safety pins, she was extremely confused. The lady is very nice and I hate that my clothes were ruined. I don’t recommend this place unless you want to potentially ruin the clothes you are trying to take care of properly.

The owner was very nice and didn't charge to sew my daughter's sweater pocket. It was my first time and I had a great experience! She does just a little bit of sewing but won't take long depending on how big the fix is

I’ve been coming here for about two years now and the owner is always so sweet. She has quick turnaround times with my clothes which I appreciate. I brought in a sweater today that needed the button sewed back on and she sewed it right in front of me with no charge!
