Excellent, honest, thorough, punctual and meticulous work! Owner Alberto and his employees are outstanding - amazing attention to detail and always follow through on promised work. They've performed extensive work in our home and I can't recommend Upper Cape H&C strongly enough.

This company does exceptional work and is there when you need them. My boiler was defective and Alberto worked with the manufacturer to replace it. He backs up the products he installs when others may not. If I could give more than five stars I would.

If I could give ten stars to this company, I would! Upper Cape Heating & Cooling was the company I chose to install minisplits in my new home in Yarmouth Port in 2022 (which had oil heat & no A/C). They were so professional and so helpful - explained everything they were doing, explained why they recommended the Fujitsus (which have performed excellently as my sole heating system, by the way), took care of the permits and the additional electrical panel that was needed, and cleaned up flawlessly. Also, Alberto & Ryan and the rest were just really nice people. After that great experience, of course I asked them to install a heat pump water heater for me - once again, they researched the available products that met the Mass Save requirements and would be appropriate for me, made a recomm
