We hired this company to handle a move out cleaning from a 1600sq ft house (3 bed & 2 bath) we were renting. They had the availability to handle our cleaning quickly. They were super responsive throughout the cleaning and sent multiple updates. I will use them again if I need too. One thing I did find weird was the fact that they rather use my vaccumm because of the pet dander we had in the home (3 fur babies total). Other than that, I was surprised by the excellent service provided. We got our full security deposit back as well.

It took me a while to write this review only because we were waiting for the security deposit to be returned to indicate the spectacular services of this business. Let me start by stating this company goes above and BEYOND to assist you! The company worked with us graciously to satisfy ALL our needs. The energy of the owner and his team was nothing short of amazing. The company was very professional and thorough. If you’re having ANY doubts at all, let us ease your mind by sharing we received a FULL security deposit. Not only did we receive a check via mail for our full deposit amount, we also received an email from the leasing office stating how the property was left in such good condition. Upright Cleaning is the way to go! Many thanks to EJ & his team & continue to be blessed!

I initially reached out to get a quote for a move out deep cleaning and carpet cleaning. They were very quick to respond and get me set up for an in person consultation. During the consultation, EJ took a look around my place and informed me that my home wasn't dirty enough to require a deep cleaning ! He could have easily pocketed that extra money, but he was honest enough to tell me I didn't need to spend the extra money. He gave me a great rate and even offered a military discount on top of it. I would highly recommend their services and I definitely plan to use their services again in the future! I was very pleased with the carpet cleaning. EJ was able to get stains out that I thought wouldn't come out. He really did an amazing job!
