I had to fully renovate a newly purchased condo. Upscale Home (and Eugene) did a wonderful job, and therefore my experience working with them has been excellent. The installation of floors, bathrooms and kitchen was developed with great precision. The budget and the timing were respected, so the whole process was smooth and efficient. After the renovation was finished, whenever something needed to be adjusted, Eugene returned to the condo to fixed it, showing his commitment even after the job was over. These are by far the best finished carpentry professionals I’ve ever used. They were able to trouble-shoot and solve all kinds of problems that came up during our kitchen/pantry/dining room remodel, and everything is flawless and looks spectacular! And they are fast!! They get the work done extremely efficiently, and they are neat and organized, and they cleaned-up at the of each day. And trustworthy- I had no qualms about leaving them alone in my house while I was at work and giving them keys. My interior designer with over 30 years of experience has never worked with anyone with their skill level and integrity. I can’t recommend them more, and I will never use anyone else.
