David and Taylor are extremely professional and friendly. They did a great job cleaning and deodorizing my carpets! Very reasonably priced. They were able to come out right before Christmas with only a couple days notice. Highly recommend this company!
Randy and his grandson did a spectacular job on our carpet very professional, and explained the estimate in detail which was very reasonable compared to other carpet cleaners, will only use Upstate Carpet Cleaners
We used them to clean our carpet after water damage. Told them from the beginning we needed a receipt for insurance, this happened in May we are now in July still no receipt. I can't tell you how many time David has said the receipt is on the way now. It was not.
We have had many carpet cleaners clean are carpet and none of them even come close to these guys
