Upstate Septics

From the first phone call Jon did more than the other two companies I called(Who, by the way, have good reviews and seem reputable). That carried over to the in-person assessment and quote and I can only assume in the work itself. He was professional and enjoyable to work with and I’d hire him again. Jon, my family and I appreciate y’all helping us out.

I had the septic back up on a sunday evening. Messaged them through there online website and got a response almost immediatly. Said he'd be out the next day. Came a little earlier than was planned which was great, got a message when he was comming. Very friendly and pleasant. Did what seems to me like a thorough job at pumping out the septic. He didn't rush it. Was very pleased. Answered any questions I had. And told me what all he saw and thought. And loved that he was able to come out so quick. $400 seemed a bit much at first for a septic pump but the fact he came out that quick and its been several years since I've had a septic pumped, so I don't know the current rate, it would not deter me from calling him again. Service was fast. Called at 11:00AM, came out the same day, got here when scheduled- 1:00 PM, Jonathan was friendly, knew what he was doing and completed in about 1 1/2 hrs. Tank was 1000 gals. The last time it was pumped was 4 years ago ( by an another service) was not happy- only pumped 1/2 the tank, said the truck couldn’t handle it. This time was emptied completely. I’ll be calling Upstate Septics again- about 3-4 years! Definitely recommend!!

Excellent service!! Would highly recommend any day of the week. Fast friendly knowledgeable and affordable. Couldn't have asked for a better company!

This is the second time we had Johnathan out from Upstate Septics. This young man does an amazing job! This tank he inspected was a split system, therefore, he had to dig up two sites that were 2.5-3 feet deep. The one lid was very hard to get off, more than likely due to it had no been pumped in a long time, or at all, by whomever pumped it prior to us doing the inspection. As a customer, we know very little about septic systems, however, Johnathan, being an honest and trustworthy young man did his job correctly, he inspected and pumped both tanks. We HIGHLY recommend Johnathan and Upstate Septics! We will not ever go somewhere else for our septic inspections/pumping needs! Thank you Johnathan for being a hard worker and doing your job 100%!
