Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Rude workers and even ruder manager. They hang up the phone while you’re mid sentence with them and make rude comments to you. When I tried to cancel my subscription because I wouldn’t stand for their rude customer service, they ended up charging me twice. Even when I told them multiple times that I had already paid and even showed the proof on my credit card that I had paid, they held my car until I was forced to pay twice. Absolutely HORRIBLE.

Very rude supervisor, unprofessional . Worst experience. I came in and was told I can do an online reservation which would be 5 dollars cheaper. I the supervisor already had printed out a ticket. He didnt cancel that ticket and issued me the same one . I came back to pick up my csr, and was told that I have to call the online service to cancel payment and pay the extra fee because they failed to notify me that they needed the code for the online reservation. I spoke with the supervisor on the phone, and he was very nasty. This is no way in dealing with people and doing business... DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

I got charged two oversized fees because I have a pickup truck. It cost me $80 to park here for 3 hours! I tried talking to the employee about it, but he did not speak any English. Finally he called his boss who basically told me to go F myself.

Friendly staff. Very helpful with scheduling to pick up your car and of course park it for you. Competitive rates, yet easy access from A train and close to bridge out of the city.

I just recently called to see if they could accommodate parking for a small 5 x 8 Uhaul trailer not attached to the truck and they attendant couldn't understand anything I was saying because he said he didn't speak english. This is sad sad sad for us to be in the United States of America and this poor guy was hired in a customer serving job and he couldn't even communicate with a potential paying customer. They could have at least staffed him with someone so he wouldn't be alone knowing that his english isn't good.
