Urbach Roofing and the GAF process/warranty have been very successful for us. We've done numerous minor repairs and 6 roof replacements over the last several years for various homes we are associated with and every time they are completed on time and within the estimate (with just a few change orders). Dare to say we haven't experienced any leaks from their work and even if we do, the GAF warranty fully covers it. Recommend Urbach to anyone interested in having roof repairs or full replacement.

During the record breaking rains this year, I like many of my neighbors experienced issues with my roof. Had a mysterious water spot appear on the stucco and was concerned because the roof was 32 years old, that could only mean one thing either a repair or replace the old roof! I contacted Urbach right away, they worked on my roof when I purchased my home 10 years ago. They sent an estimator to have a look at the trouble spot, he was polite & thorough with the inspection. Turned out it was a cracked tile, water was leaking underneath . I also was made aware, the entire roof was never laid properly. To make a repair, the tiles would be redone the "wrong way".
