Ilya was an absolute lifesaver! Woke up on a Sunday morning to a completely dead Subzero fridge. Ilya came same day, no additional upcharge for a weekend visit. We have had less than great service with different companies, I just wish I had found Urban Appliance Repair first! Ilya was extremely competent, friendly and communicative. He needed to order a part for our repair and had great communication about the timeline. He even made a late afternoon visit on the same the day the part came in. Pricing was fair and easy to complete. For being an unfortunate situation, Ilya and Urban Appliance Repair made the fix as smooth as possible. I hope to not have additional issues, but if I do, I know who I will be calling! 10/10 wholeheartedly recommend.

After calling at least a dozen appliance repair places and getting nowhere, I’m really glad I found Ilya.
