I called Urban Arbor Care based on the recommendation of a friend who is very knowledgeable and cares a lot about trees. Jake came out to consult with me on what was needed. He explained everything and answered all my questions very thoroughly. Communicated with me very well from the estimate to the completion of the job. The work was high quality and the yard was left neat and clean. I will be sticking with them for all my tree care.

I recently had Jake out to diagnose and treat my 200 year old oak tree. He is extremely knowledgeable and throughly explained every problem he found and every question I had. Jake was meticulous in the root surgery and treatment of our beloved oak. I highly recommend Urban Arbor Care.

Jake has been out to my home several times over the last few years. He's always been incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and willing to work with my schedule. Jake is a professional, and his willingness and ability to answer questions about his work is both reassuring and useful. He can name every tree's species on my property on sight alone, and most of the other plants, too. I've had root work, tree trimmings, a tree removal after a bad ice storm, and pest treatments done, just to name a few. I have had Jake come out to my house a number of times in the past three to four years. He has treated my crabapple trees for fungal blight, removed a number of invasive buckthorn trees as well as other trees, dug up and removed a number of huge grapevines that were taking over my yard, and advised me on tree and shrub care. He is very knowledgeable and meticulous about his work, and removes all debris and cleans everything up when he is done. He is always willing to answer any questions I have. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Dawn and Jake are incredibly experienced, knowledgeable, thorough and meticulous. They come out and assess your trees, make sure they’re healthy and see if any treatments are needed. They explain everything thoroughly and in layman’s terms, which I appreciate :-) They do beautiful hand trimming.
