All they needed was a chance. So many other companies out here trying to take over the airwaves with horrible shows. As well as trying to stop more Urban movies/shows from playing. This company is just trying to build. I pray this company will have much more success in reaching more airwaves with more productive shows as well as the great service they’re trying their best to build.

Sub contractor of Comcast and they are Terrible. Nita the office manager has been doing this for 20 years. More like 20 minutes. They went on to my property without permission hit a line underground and then tried to blame me. They hit the line in July and as of September 28 still no repair. I have a log of every time I spoke to them or left messages for Nita, and as of today she is 10 for 10 with not calling me back. If she does not call me back tomorrow as promised make it 11 for 11. So if you need service help from Comcast make sure the sub they use is NOT URBAN CABLE. They suck and there customer service is garbage. Hopefully you find this review helpful.

These jokers came out to my house to bury a cable I had no knowledge of, then left holes in my yard. The holes they did fill were done poorly, and now my yard looks like a gravel pit. They said that they would come back to fix it if it wasn’t to my liking, but will now not return my calls.
