Our experience with Urbanex has been amazing. I am always skeptical of salespeople as I worked in sales, and understand the pressure to close the sale on the spot. From the beginning our sales rep was great, clear instructions and immediate service after signing up. Now the best part is our technician, Russell! He is professional, communicative, knowledgeable, and diligent. For instance: my dog got fleas, and Russell came out on his day off to do a flea treatment in and around the home. Russell truly enjoys what he does and you can tell! He deserves a raise and a promotion!

Today was a good day with UrbenX services. My first service was solid, though the last couple before today were just okay and didn’t fully meet the standards that were initially promised by the marketing team/co-owner for the price I’m paying. Update (Nov 25, 2025): Urbanex replied saying the technician did not offer a “free first month,” but a “PHD (payment hold date)” instead. That phrase was never used in our conversation at my door; what I was told, in plain language, was that the first month would be free as a neighborhood promotion. In their public response they acknowledge that the payment hold was not processed correctly and that I was charged immediately because of their error. However, as of today they have not refunded the incorrect first charge, the $114 “services already performed,” or the $200 cancellation fee that I paid under protest. Let me start by saying I have never written a bad review and I wish I had read the reviews before making the mistake of signing up with Urbanex. It turns out many customers have had experiences similar to mine. Urbanex operates by sending salespeople door to door, which should be a red flag in itself. What they don't tell you up front is that you'll be charged $193.00 (with tax) TWICE in the first 30 days -- once for the initial visit on May 1, 2025, and again on June 1st.
