Urbizo Brothers Roofing did an excellent job on my duplex in S Everett. Good quality work, diligent execution, skilled and careful workmen. Got the work done during a stormy wet winter period without risking the structure. Price was competitive based on the 4 bids I obtained. Would definitely use Urbizo again.

4 year update. Decided to go with urbizo brother because there roof replacement quote was 10k less than other companies. My home was built in 2008. They showed up on time and finished in a timely manner. They were friendly and answered my calls everytime. Ended up calling them back to the house several times for leaks in the roof. One of the leaks destroyed the drywall around our skylight. There repairs consisted of caulking and glue. Started seeing mold the following year. Payed another company 2k to fog the attic to kill the mold but the mold got worse every year. The visuals of mold was extremely concerning to say the least. Headaches and face pain were the physical reactions for years. In the end payed another company 17k dollars to repair the damage including replacing the insulation.

Great experience with this company. From the quote to the finished project, everything was explained in detail. Project was completed within the time frame that was given. Workers were very nice. Every day they worked, they cleaned up before they left. Very happy with the job they did.

I would highly recommend Urbizo Bros Roofing. They gave a fair bid for the job and have a good warranty on the product and service. They were friendly, and their workers were on time and cleaned up when they were finished. They have great customer service.

Love these guys!!!! They’re always there when you need them. They don’t try to over sell and they are competitively priced. I recommend them often to friends. And my friends have been happy.
