Surprisingly disregard for customers. They said by phone that a spare part for YORK costs from 1100 to 1500. At the same time, they were accurately informed of the serial number and model number. When I arrived to make an order, it turned out that the price was more than 2 times higher. Why did you put a crown on your head?! I first needed to find out the cost. They require an account from them. What is it called?! Is this blackmail?! Nasty unit, the staff is boorish!

There hasn’t been a time I have not had great customer service from the guys here. Their efficiency and knowledge of all the products makes it easy to grab your items and go. In all honesty, this is the best their branch.
