The counter service has always been the worst. I try to avoid the San Diego store whenever possible. On hold for too long and feels like they are doing you a favor for selling to you.

John behind the desk is NOT for the customer, terrible customer service. WE customers are on the clock. He just walked away after he started to help me.

Absolutely terrible. They were unfriendly and rude. Useless and worthless! My cousin is on his brother’s account and he told them the business name, address and everyone in the account and they wouldn’t sell us a $5 part for cash. They wanted a photo ID for proof. I highly recommend to steer clear of this place. They don’t know what customer service is. They don’t want your business.

Google Maps pictures make this look like a store.... but on 7/2/2024 I called and asked Do You Sell To The Public? And Mike said "Sorry we do not". And, he does not know of anyone who does! Is this real? I googled Retail hvac parts san diego and this came up so....phooey!
