If your using a supply house this is the one to go to. This branch of us air is the best. They are helpful, knowledgeable and under stand customer service. Tim Horner is the reason we starting doing business with us air and he turned us onto this branch. Mayra and Russell know how to take care of their customers. Other branches could learn from them.
We have been using US AIR for a few years now and the service has always been top notch. Quick to address any questions and communication is what you would hope for in a distribution partner. They keep you informed of new products and services and always available when you need them.
Russell and Myra are awesome at their job in temecula at US AIR COND. DIS Today they told me about PROKEEP, so I can just text them a picture of parts list and whoever is not busy will fill the order. I will use them more in the future. Thanks
