US Appliance Repair

Chris and his wife are super nice and easy to deal with. We were able to get booked the very next day. Our extended warranty company told us they would not fix our dryer after sending the part to us. We took a chance to call a local repair company and Chris was able to fix it the same day using that part. He went over and above and even helped fix our dryer vent hose and vent. So glad we called them and will make sure to keep them on speed dial for any other appliance issues in the future!!

Had a great experience with US Appliance. Found their information online and called in and Ana answered right away. She got me on calendar for the next day. She even said there might be a chance that they could come out that same day. I was presently surprised to find that they were able to come out the same day. Chris, the technician and owner came out and did a great job.This is a husband and wife team who provide excellent customer service and excellent service. I would recommend them to anyone for their appliance repair needs. I had a fantastic experience!

First experience booking was with Anna was great. She helped navigate what was needed for insurance claim. Then Chris came on time and was super helpful. Even took the time to allow my 4 year to learn. Awesome experience. Highly recommend!!

Chris and Ana were both super helpful in dealing with our broken dryer. Chris was on time, very knowledgable and extremely helpful. In the end we decided to replace the whole dryer, and even then Chris was helpful in suggestions of the makers he has had experience with. We highly recommend them, and we will definitely be calling on them in the future.
