US Bank Parking

I paid to leave my car overnight. The next day I went to get my car and one of the windows had been broken. I called the parking lot and they told me they weren't responsible for anything. They charge you to park your car but they don't take responsibility if your car is stolen or if the window is broken. They don't take responsibility, but they still charge you.

Do not park your car in this place. This garage gets hit nightly and security is completely absent. Cameras are non existent. You are no safer parking here than if you were to park on the street

Do not park in this garage. I used it for ONE night (space 314) because it’s near my hotel but now my Saturday plans are canceled and I have to pay $1000 for a back-windshield replacement during my brief visit to Portland on a road trip from Florida. There is no security cameras nor facility accountability. I didn’t have my core valuables in the vehicle; only laundry supplies, a pillow, bag of worn clothes, dog blanket and food…. They did find and steal my binoculars and water filter straw and Canon accessories (batteries, lens filter, charging port, lens case) along with some toiletries and vitamins and random kitchen utensils which were in a Whole Foods bag. I feel violated and exhausted. Pay for secure parking, because 911 dispatch said this happens so often that officers do not even co

Wished I looked at the reviews before I parked here. Left it there for less than 6 hours then came back and driver side window shattered. All compartments were gone through. Horrible place to park and if you do please do not leave valuable items in it

Do not park here. Not even 4 hours come back and our rental car was broken in plus 2 other more
