US Bank Tower Parking

Very rude and unprofessional security card at the front desk. The bank used to have to kindest, friendliest front desk and security staff. All the good staff left for higher paying jobs. The main replacement is argumentative, lazy, and has a terrible attitude. I parked here for a year and loved seeing all the staff until this girl showed up. She yelled at me for not having my key card, because she locked the front door (they never looked the lobby before she started. I never had to keep my card on me to get into the lobby.) She was extremely rude and followed me out of the parking garage and was yelling at me. When I asked her to apologize, she denied doing anything wrong. I explained to her that I’ve never had any issues until she started, she told me I was the problem. She then called my

Negative review because of the following: on March 15 I paid at 11:59 ($24 for four hours), took the elevator which was going down, an employee told me to hold it for him, than he changed his mind. So I went down and then up to the 4th floor. Looked for my parking spot, put my stuff in the car, drove toward the exit. I had to stop because another car was pulling back blocking the lane, and then I had to wait for another car which was going up to pass. When I got to the exit I had to pay an extra $ 2 because it was 12:10 pm, it took me 11 minutes to get out. I sent a message through their website asking for a refund for those $ 2 and after six days not an answer. I am sure your company agrees that this is ridiculous, if not a rip-off. This is a wrong way to make money.

I am not sure if its like this all the time, maybe only for special events, but I loved parking here!! They had to let me into the building to get my car, and they had security walking around the parking garage. I was alone, and felt very safe!! It was like $5 more than other lots but well worth it for those things.

We reserved a space online for this parking garage an hour before a concert at Golden 1 Center and everything was super straightforward and easy! Yes, the spots that are reserved online are for the 4th floor and up, but if you don't mind using a few flights of stairs then you've got a great spot literally one street over from your event! We'll definitely use again.
