US Creative Builders have worked on improving many different parts of my house. From the bathrooms, flooring, walls, cabinet installation, electrical and plumbing. They took good care of the working space by providing ample covers on the walls and floors. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and helpful! Their contractors pay attention to little details and make sure each job is done perfectly and correctly. A few issues came up outside of our control — such as broken tub shipment from Amazon, internal old leaking pipe which was HOA responsibility. I'm very happy with my decision of choosing US Creative Builders for our new 700 sq ft ADU project. I'm impressed by the quick turnaround Matthew gave in giving his initial estimate. His price for the project was much more reasonable than other businesses I had spoken too at the time. For any unknowns encountered during the project, both he and Kenneth (the project manager) kept us in the loop and presented the pros and cons along with the detailed broken-down expense before starting the work. Even after the work was done, Matthew was always quick to send someone from his team to address any concerns or issues we encountered.

I highly recommend this company. It's been 6 months since I did my bath room remodel. Everyone I worked with was very professional, respectful, responsive, and the price was reasonable for the quality of work they present. My bathroom remodel project started with water damage. Mitigation company recommended Mathew and his team. My project is very small compared to what they do, and the team was very professional, patient and chill. They are very easy to communicate with. Two months after it was all done, the office was still very responsive to help me with insurance paperworks. I am very happy with the whole process and result. Will not hesitate to do future projects with Matthew and his team!

We hired US Creative Builders to update our 1950s home, and they truly brought our vision to life. They opened up our kitchen and remodeled our bathrooms while preserving the original charm of the house. Matthew and his team were great to work with throughout the process. As with any remodel, there were a few hiccups, but they were quick to address any issues and completed the project within the original timeframe—even while we were living in the home. What really sets them apart is their follow-through. A year later, they came back promptly to fix an issue with our lighting, no hassle at all. It’s clear they stand behind their work. Mattew and his team are great, hard workers, and very professional. They remodeled our house and all the required work in time and with excellent quality. They provide an estimate for every task so that you can decide if you want to proceed with it. Also, Mattew is really creative and always suggests ideas for remodeling and better ways of implementing things. Overall, the quality and cost of the work is great and we highly recommend them.
