I don’t even know where to begin. I will say the driver was very friendly. The company itself I would never use again and would never recommend them to anyone. I only gave two stars because of the driver being cordial and I won’t fault him for their shortcomings. However I couldnt begin to count how many of the 100 boxes that they offloaded that were dropped and crushed moving from the truck to about 20’ away into my shop.

US Direct Movers have been very receptive to the feedback in terms of pricing, and finishing our move from IL to NJ. One of the best things was to see how timely the communication was in terms of arrival, and the fact that all of the things were delivered in time and in place. On-site discipline around re-assembling equipment, and communication on packing material could be improved, but I have observed that US Direct Movers LLC are very receptive to feedback, and have gone lengths with their clients to give them a great service. Definitely recommend going directly to them.

Great service great workers they did an amazing job for me and gave me no trouble whatsoever! Would recommend to anyone who wants to move to use this company. I truly rarely give a review but they honestly deserve it. Thanks guys for all your help. Ask for Adam he will take care of you.

They move my home and I received my stuff in good condition and they were professional and very fast I couldn’t imagine they finish at the pick up and the delivery in that fast… Very Well ... no problems. Great crew. Professional, efficient, strongly recommend

Absolutely great company! Mike call me the day before to let me know what time they would be here the next morning, he was right on time! When they showed up, they were very professional, they even laid matts down all throughout my house where they would be walking. Everyone was very professional very polite, and treated my furniture like it was their own. I have moved aT least a half a dozen times in the last 25 years, this company was by far the most professional, and gave me the most peace throughout the process. I highly recommend this company to move your stuff.
