US Flooring LLC

These guys installed my floors in all my basement, living, dining room and kitchen. Basement floor is fine but second floor is terrible. From the 2nd day of install I called, sent emails and had no response for two months. (bad customer service) later they came out to check and Carlos agreed it was not prepped correctly and told me they would come to repair my new hardwood floor. Weeks and months past they were ghosts, I had installed my floors with them since I was promised no gaps would happen. I now have squeaking hardwood floors with gap’s ranging from 1/4” to 1/2” please don’t trust this company.

When I tell you to hire them I hope you listen. Jose was responsive, professional, punctual and whatever words you want to add on that sums up awesome. Had a crisis with contractors who were not experienced with flooring (pictures will be attached) and Jose stepped in and took his time to explain the errors that were made and how he was going to fix them. He also came prepared with swatches and different color options for me to choose from. If you need your floors refinished do not hesitate to call these guys. I'm 1000% sure you will not regret it or I will give you your money back.

US Flooring came and installed vinyl flooring through my entire condo. Purchased the vinyl elsewhere and they did the install perfectly. Jose and Rob worked with me after changing my mind multiple times, they were on time, professional, and worked quickly. Even came back to fix an issue that they weren't required to fix. Wonderful customer service, highly recommended.

Jose provides amazing customer service! The US Flooring installed LVP in our kitchen/dinning areas, and did fantastic job! I have to add that the price is fair. We are very happy with our new floor. Would definitely recommend them.

Great experience all around! I asked for an estimate to replace both the carpet in the living room and tile in the kitchen, and US Flooring was the ONLY place that called out some potential issues with replacing the kitchen tile. They were quick, professional, and I am thrilled with the outcome. I'll definitely bring them back for some more projects.
