I shopped around everywhere from Hollywood to Hialeah and Doral. Safe to say no one came close to the prices I got here. The tile selection was great, the quality was exactly what I wanted, and the price difference was honestly huge compared to the other stores I checked. Delivery was fast and very reasonably priced, which made the whole process even smoother. On top of that, they didn’t charge any credit card fees something most other places still try to sneak in. I love love this place they have the best prices in South Florida. I travel different places and no one beats their prices. I’ve also had their workers to do work and they are extremely professional on time. Punctual communication is superb in my line of work. Be very careful with this store and their tactics. They are not transparent, and all they do is move tile around without taking any real responsibility for their customers. Once they make the sale, you’re on your own. I spent nearly $7,500 on tile for my pool deck, including coping and waterline tile. When the coping arrived, over half of the pieces were stained. I called immediately, and they said they’d only replace the ones that weren’t cut. That meant most of the damaged pieces went to waste. On top of that, they made me take a day off work to pack the tiles, drive them back to the store, unload the stained ones, and load the new ones—even after charging me $250 for delivery. When I brought it up, the store manager said there was nothing they could do because the delivery had already
