I can’t say enough good things about Alex and his crew at US Hardwood and Carpet in Santa Clara!! For our sizable hardwood project, my head was spinning trying to make sense of all the options available. When I went online, lots of folks suggested we check in with US Hardwood, and as it turned out that was sound advice. Alex was so responsive from the get go. We sent him marked up plans initially, and he made a base estimate from those. When we visited the store, he explained all the options in a no-nonsense manner, no upselling. And he came on site to make and refine the measurements and do a site survey. Then our project was delayed- and I only reached out to him again many months later. - Our issue was resolved thanks to Alexis' support. Thanks Alexis. Quality of floor I bought from US Hardwood and Carpet Inc is not guaranteed at all. I chose the premium brand one based on the recommendation of Alexis. However, when we received floors, there were lots of holes, chips, and odd color variation which I couldn't find from the sample. Because of poor quality of floor, our project is being stuck not making any progress. Our damage is huge not just cost of floors I paid. This is currently I am dealing with Alexis to resolve. I will update how this has been resolved. I really would like to see a professional resolution and compensation. Left picture is the sample I saw during the purchase decision.
