Very satisfied with a recent job. Rodrigo, Michael, Ian and Robert worked to together to make sure all we got a flawless install - even after there were parts of the order missing from Home Depot. They had the utmost professionalism and we're very pleased. Thank you!

I recently purchased vinyl flooring from Home Depot in Jupiter and they sent a third-party (USIG) to do the installation. The ladies in the office who handle scheduling, etc. are wonderful and USIG did did a beautiful job with the installation. My only complaint is that the workers left the floors filthy. I had to sweep, then damp-mop the entire home multiple times to get the floors clean. It was a LOT of work. Every other worker I've used (so many over the years) has always cleaned up after themselves.

My experience with this group was outstanding from beginning to end..the installation was timely, professional, quick, clean and polite . Kudos to the two Jims involved. We tried dealing with local carpet stores..but Home Depot, where the selection is vast, gave us a great and easy quote and then provided these good guys as installers. Well done all the way around.

Jim and his staff including installer James Terry were professional, knowledgeable, good communicators and the carpet install was performed on schedule and in a timely manner. I will use them again and recommend them for carpet installations!

They're the carpet sub contractor for my local home depot. Great communication with thier office in regards to scheduling, arrived on time, got straight to work, and cleaned up when finished. Exactly how it should be.
