The GM Ian scheduled the carpet install for my home. Very polite and responsive. Shaun and Christine arrived on time and completed the job sooner than expected. Perfect install. Great communication. Very professional. My little boy is thrilled with his new room. We will be calling them for the remodel of all other rooms in our home.

Where do I begin? This company was assigned to me by Home Depot. USIG contacted me promptly and gave me instructions on how to prepare my home before they arrive. My order took a few days to arrive at HD and USIG kept in contact to make sure I that all was going well with the preparation. I did not realize how much stuff I had in my home until I have to move it all out so that the guys can replace my floor, it took days. Only after I moved it then I realize how much work is needed to prep the floor before installation. Watch the video and look at the pictures of what you room should look like before they arrive. They came on time and called before they arrived, they moved the heavy furniture's and removed the old carpet (they took the old carpet to the dump) then laid the new floor down. T

After the floors had been measured and we had paid Home Depot, Ian called and informed us they would not move our bed. Keep in mind I am 71 years old and scooted it across the floor by myself. Home Depot personnel were unable to persuade him. It is surprising to me that Home Depot allows this installer to cost them so much business. We went to a local flooring store and no problems scooting the bed.

We were assigned this contractor by Home Depot. To say we were horrified is beyond belief. As the other person commented, they arrived on site and said they wouldn't move any of the things Home Depot said they would. They went so far as to send us a photo of our permanently installed TV on the wall and told us it was on a stand and so would not do the work. When I pointed out that in the photo there was no stand, they continued to argue with me about it. They were rude, inconsiderate, were more concerned with fighting with me than resolving the problem. When I called their managing contractor, they said that all of their complaints were situations their companies handle all the time and they had no idea why this contractor was refusing to work. Stay far far away!

These people wouldn't even move furniture which was already planned and said they were lied to and left and never returned. Would not use, run away fast from this group! Very unprofessional and won't return calls, answer your phone calls, this includes the owner Chris. very disappointed!
