We were fortunate to have Josh Baers for our laminate flooring installation. He showed up exactly when he said he would, he was personable, knowledgeable, and a true craftsman. Finished on schedule and we couldn’t be happier with the results. I would highly recommend him for your flooring installation needs!

Justin was really helpful in getting our floors on the schedule and walking me through the process. We had Josh Baurs do our floors in Gainesville and he couldn't have done a better job. Highly recommend asking for him if you're in Gainesville. He kept everything clean and bent over backwards to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it.

Not that they care about reviews, clearly, but this company is a complete waste of space in a market that has plenty of other options. Do not hire Home Depot to install your flooring, they will use USIG, and it will not last. In my case, I installed two rooms in my own house with Pergo Outlast Flooring. I read and followed the instructions to a T in those rooms. I was told by Pergo corporate that I would not receive warranty coverage if I did not have "professionals" install the flooring in rooms with appliances such as dishwashers and laundry washers. So I went through Home Depot to have the flooring installed by people who were supposedly "certified" to install this particular kind of flooring. I should have done it myself. One of the worst experiences I've ever dealt with professionally. Hired through Home Depot to install floors in two buildings. Came out for less than hour and were supposed to remove old flooring and then look for defects. Removed one 12"x12" tile, "looked at levels" and said they couldn't do the job because it was too uneven, although old, buckled tiles were never removed. Never even looked at levels in other building and didn't remove any of the tiles. Tried to communicate with them repeatedly through calls, texts, and email, got nothing. Just a useless company that is lazy. Never use them. If you hire Home Depot for a flooring job, ensure they do not use USIG.
