If I could give zero stars, I would. This lawn service is supposed to maintain our yards as part of our lease agreement on Fort Jackson, but they are not doing their job. It had been over two weeks since our grass was cut, and I watched them mow the main road outside our court days ago while completely skipping our court. I called and spoke with a lady who told me I needed to submit a work order with housing—which I did. When they finally showed up, the job was terrible. They tore up sections of my yard, left uneven patches, and did nothing to address the overgrowth. The grass had gotten so long that the neighborhood kids couldn’t even play outside without being swarmed by bugs. Live on Fort Jackson and this company is absolutely terrible. The way things get run over by mowers without a care, grass edged and hours go by without it being cleaned up. One time it was such a mess we put in a request through maintenance for someone to please come blow the debris and nobody came. We had to do the cleaning. Fast forward to yesterday edging was at 9am, then it wasn’t until 1pm that someone came by and did a terrible job. I seen him blow one of my outside decors and walk right past it, not to mention he didn’t even bother going to the backyard to blow the debris from back there. Absolutely unacceptable work ethic by the people you guys employ to leave someone’s house looking like this when a lot of us on post work very hard to keep our homes looking good. Do better.

They say “put in a work order” with management here on Fort Jackson but that does nothing obviously because we go through this every month. We’ve just started mowing our own yard but yet they have this large government contract and don’t get the job done. If they’d cut down napping in their vehicles for hours maybe they’d get more lawns mowed. ** I think you need to rethink your generic reply to everyone’s comments on something your company is paid to do with our money. A work order to have our yard mowed should not have to be put in every month when your company is already paid to do that job. Terrible service… 1000 Excuses. Too hot to work… to wet to mow….3 guys show up to service 117 houses in just 1 neighborhood … If I could rate lower I would…. I use to support this business but this year awful service…..

I’ve had irrigation issues for a few years. I called US Lawns and Matt came out and fixed my issue. He even took the time to clean up my outdated system and gave me pricing prior to beginning work. I would have called sooner. Definitely adding them to my contractor list for irrigation and landscaping.
