We had an excellent experience with US Mechanical! Our AC stopped working at the beginning of a pretty warm day. They were out quickly and got us up and running! I'll definitely use them again!

My Grandmother’s furnace went out and we called US mechanical because of a referral from a friend. I am so glad that we did. Kenny was our main contact with US Mechanical and did an exceptional job. He was kind and very warm towards my Grandmother. He was also very knowledgeable about the products they sold and the process of the installation. We let him know she was hard of hearing and he adapted to that and made sure she could hear him and that she understood the aspects of the installation. They made her feel comfortable in her own home and she was very grateful and appreciative of that. Her new furnace works great and we will be telling all our friends about US Mechanical

US Mechanical has been out to fix the walk in coolers/freezers at my job multiple times. The dispatch staff is always polite and friendly. And the staff always does a great job! Update: US Mechanical came to replace my furnace and AC unit. They did an amazing job, as always. They’re the only people I trust with my appliances!

I originally had written a review about how I felt like I paid to much for the service I received on my furnace from U.S. Mechanical Services. They called me today and told me that the technician had charged too much and they realized it after my card was ran. I was very thankful that they refunded my card the difference that I was overcharged. I feel that this is something a lot of companies wouldn't have done. I had used this company about 5 years ago when my furnace started blowing cold air and had a great experience then. I'm pleased to write that this experience was also great, as my furnace is running smoothly. The technician was friendly and competent. Since they made a wrong a right and their customer service is outstanding- I would definitely use this company again. THANK
