US Park

First time using them. Very straightforward and convenient. If you drive up and get a ticket, you are billed $15 in 24 hour increments. If you buy online, it’s a bit cheaper, but they go by calendar days, so depending on your flight you might end up paying for an extra day. There was a shuttle waiting when I left the terminal around 11:00 pm and 15 minutes later I was warming up my car. That kind of stuff doesn’t happen much anymore, so God bless them!

We have used this service for the last few years. Conveniently located and very efficient. We owe them a big thank you this week. The locks on our vehicle did not function on our return home. The driver circled back because she saw that our lights had not turned on. Drove us back to the front of the lot and had us wait indoors until we were able to find a solution. Cannot thank this group enough for going above and beyond!

We returned from a trip recently and our driver let us know she would wait to make sure all passengers cars would start. Good thing for us, as our car did not. They provided a battery charger and we were able to start the car in very cold weather. Very reliable parking and can't say enough about how nice the drivers are. Plus, it's the best price for parking in the area. Highly recommend them for great value and service.

Recently I flew from Boston to Detroit as I have many times before. I always use US Park and have had generally fine experiences. This past trip my driver was extremely pleasant and friendly (Tanya M deserves a raise!) making my experience all the better. It makes a profound difference to have a genuine, kind, and all round good person behind the wheel.

I have parked my car at US Park about a dozen times over the past several years and always have a good experience. All different times of day and times of the year. The employees at the gate and on the buses are helpful, courteous, and professional. I never have to wait very long at the terminal for a shuttle to arrive. I feel confident that my car is safe in their lit and fenced lot. I will continue to use their services.
