U.S. Shingle Roofing

They have done EVERYTHING wrong… they gave us a bid for our roof. Didn’t come out on time and showed up without letting us know on a holiday and left a mess in my yard and after the job was done and paid it started raining inside of my home from the roof they were supposed to fix… stopped answering phone calls and text. Finally answered my Husband and told us we needed new beams and that was NEVER discussed in the conversation or estimate. It rained right after the job was done and water inside my home everywhere. I want my money back… they got paid for a job THEY DID NOT DO RUN FROM THIS COMPANY… DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM !!!

Beyond expectations. We got a new metal roof for same price as shingles. Also had hurricane clips and radiant attic barrier installed. The crew was hard working and completed the job quickly. We had a couple issues due to the fact that the crews were scrambling to complete several jobs before the hurricanes hit this past year. Everything was addressed and corrected fast and to our satisfaction. Many companies would ghost you after the job is complete. Not so with US Shingle. Our sales rep Kyiler was fantastic! great guy with a passion to do his job well. Hank amd Shay came right out to address any issues and make sure they were corrected to our satisfaction. i highly recommend this roofing company. they care about their customers.

Very disappointing and frustrating to have booked 2 separate appointments, received an email confirmation of the booked appointment and then have nobody show up or even advise of cancellation. Won't be using this company!

We just had a roof put on my mom’s house after the tornado. US Shingle did a wonderful job! We even got some compliments from another roofing company on the job they did! Crew was on-time, worked diligently, did great clean-up and the roof looks fantastic! They coordinated the entire claims process with the insurance company and brought in/recommended other contractors to repair fence, garage door, tree removal etc . We were pleased with the quality and workmanship on all the replacements/repairs and appreciated the way Joey and the crew worked with us to accomplish all the tasks smoothly and quickly. A big shout out to Joey and his crew for a great job!

After thorough research and a number of calls to other companies, we decided to go with U.S. Shingle. One of their specialists came out and gave us all the knowledge we needed to make an informed decision. I would personally recommend Mr. Josh Walp to anyone in need of their services. Thanks again!
