My experience has been that you cannot get anything delivered in a timely manner . On several occasions, I have prepaid for equipment weeks ahead of scheduled delivery date and the equipment arrives in the afternoon. That is unacceptable. When has a contractor you are expected to replace a system in a single day.

Stopped in looking for a simple, but hard-to-find, item. Overheard one staffer getting a lecture from another. Then the staffer turned to me and proceeded to be rude and disrespectful. Interrupted me as I tried sharing what I needed. I won't be going back.

Miguel was a massive help. Went out of his way to get me a CC receipt from 2 months ago I lost and needed for an expense reports. The crew was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during my visit as well.

Go to the store ; intimidated by the contractors but I needed to find some hard to locate items. David took care of me. He assisted me in more than one problem that I had and referred me to another place for things they do not carry at US Supply. His customer service and demeanor was terrific. Gave me answers to all my questions.
