The guys at US Supply Company helped me with a new plumbing install for a new shower when no one else could, and they were honest. I bought a showerhead online. I thought it came with rough-in plus a trim kit with a handle, but it didn't. The customer service for the showerhead company was in China and was no help. My contractor told me that rough-ins come in only Moen and Delta varieties, and he didn't know how to make my off-brand showerhead work in the new shower.
