US Vinyl Window Corp

I purchased windows from this company to replace my elderly mother's old single pane windows. My contractor recommended the company to me. We chose to purchase the windows with the company and my contractor would install them. The company sent a representative to my mother's home to measure the windows for both upstairs and downstairs. The windows went in perfectly for the downstairs but was 1.5 inches off when my contractor went to install them upstairs. My contractor called the company the day they were going to be installed and it stated that the company is not responsible for any issues with the windows if they DO NOT install them. They even sent someone else out to measure again and stated the measurements were incorrect. This statement to me is a blanket statement to give them

I have had several homes done with their windows and they are just delightful to work with and they have outstanding customer service. Being a small business owner I appreciate US Vinal for going the extra mile to make the costumer happy. I have had the windows for many years and they have been holding up well.

This review is so long overdue; a friend of mine introduced me to Gary Saks almost 20 years ago when I needed some windows for my Country Market and Ice cream shop. It was so nice dealing with Gary Saks and US Vinyl and the windows were so well made that I had them do more windows for a rental property that I have in Silver Spring, Md. One day a tenant called me to inform me that the neighbor had brought his drum set outside and was playing, I said that I would make a call to get him to stop but he said there was no need. I asked him to explain and he said the reason that he called was to tell me how happy he was with the windows that were made by Mr. Saks (US Vinyl) because when he closed the windows it was silent and needed the contact info for a friend that needed windows made. They have high quality windows and doors. The people in the office are very professional and they go the extra mile for their client. The installers do an amazing job and they always leave the work site and houses clean.
