UPDATE TO MY ORIGINAL POST: When the company did not honor its warranty, I took them to small claims court AND WON THE JUDGMENT! However, US Window Factory did not comply with the court orders. Very untrustworthy. I had 10 windows and a sliding door replaced in October 2022. When I opened them to clean them, I discovered that the window sashes were faulty, causing the window to pop out of the frame. I called the US window factory multiple times and finally got someone to come to my home after 3 months. I was told that the issue was the sashes," they were the old ones," I was told, and that US Window Factory would replace them with new ones to correct the problem. The sashes were replaced in November, but while replacing the sashes, the workers damaged the frames on 8 of the 8 windows they

We recently hired U.S. Window Factory to replace 12 of our home’s original single pane wood windows from the 1980s with vinyl double pane windows. We really couldn’t be happier. The whole process was easy, even the day of installation was a lot less hectic than I thought it would be. The windows also look incredible, and several neighbors have already stopped by to say how much better the new windows look. Thanks to Gary and the team!

I had 5 windows made and installed in April 2019. One of them has failed and is now completely fogged up. I have sent emails and called over the past 2 months and there has been absolutely no indication that they are going to stand behind their product.

We had windows installed years ago at our rental house and were pleased. However for the last month we’ve been trying to get 2 of those windows replaced/repaired under warranty AND schedule an estimate for new windows for our home and they keep canceling or worse not responding when they say they’re going to come out. Very poor customer service - not sure what is going on.

Our new window installation was just completed yesterday, and we could not be happier! Mickey and his crew did a wonderful job installing them, We had 51 custom windows made and installed on our house. It did take some time from quote to install, but that is because they custom build the windows in their factory in Norcross. The installation crew is top notch, going over everything multiple times to ensure it is the way you want it. We highly recommend U.S. Window Factory!
